4 Managing Doors in DoorPoint

This section covers how to manage doors via the Door Point App, including how to lock, unlock, and pulse doors as well as manage crisis mode.

PREREQUISITES ...

• The System Galaxy Web API Service must be properly installed and running.
• The SG Database must be running.
• The hardware must already be installed and configured into the System Galaxy Software/Database
• The doors and readers must already be installed and configured into the System Galaxy Software/Database
• The  Crisis Mode settings must already be configured into System Galaxy access groups and any other place that crisis mode is associated with a schedule or device.
